Answer from Yedda, Go back to the hardware store. You can buy a toilet flange replacement that slips into the drain pipe. That will allow you to raise the flange to the proper height without risking leaks.
Hi, I would agree with Profitbob. However, I would make sure that the product that raises the flange does not restrict the pipe size. You want to keep the diameter as large as possible. So, a spacer to raise the flange height would be a better choice. IMHO, EricDaPlumber EricDaPlumber's Blog
